Can I remove the chocolate or the flower from the hamper?
The four base items — chocolate, Ferrero Rocher, the preserved flower and the personalised card — are what make a GiftSentio hamper. They stay. Everything you add on top is entirely your choice, and you can add up to twelve extra gifts.
How do I personalise the card?
In the builder, write your message and choose a card design and a handwriting font. You'll see a live preview of the finished card before you check out, and you can upload a photo for the designs that support one.
Can I choose the delivery date?
Yes. Pick any date from tomorrow up to sixty days ahead, and a delivery slot — including a midnight slot for birthdays.
Will the price be visible in the parcel?
No. Every order ships without an invoice in the box by default. The receipt goes to your email instead.
